One licence covers one Splunk deployment: a single search head, or a single search head cluster however many members it has. There is no per-user charge and no execution metering inside a licensed deployment.
If you run separate production and non-production search heads, those are two deployments. Ask us about non-production licensing rather than guessing.
BabySOARus runs at full capability for 90 days with no licence, no signup and no payment details. The trial is not a reduced edition. It is the whole product.
We would rather you spent three months finding out whether this works for you than bought it and found out afterwards.
Email us within 30 days of buying and we will refund it in full. You do not have to give a reason.
The same 30-day window applies to every renewal charge, exactly as it applies to a first purchase, and you do not need to have cancelled beforehand. Full terms are in the Refund Policy.
Your searches keep running. Your data stays where it is. Saved functions, detections, tests and history remain readable and editable.
Outbound network access from your code is denied, and that is the whole of it. An expired install stops being able to enrich from external APIs or push to external systems. It does not stop being able to search, and it does not hold your work hostage.
Section 6.3 of the licence agreement commits us not to make that behaviour more restrictive for a term you have already bought.
Email sales@hisn.io with your company name and how many deployments you are licensing. We reply within one business day with an invoice, and your licence file follows as soon as it is paid -- usually the same day.
Annual subscription, per deployment. Prices are exclusive of VAT, which is added where due. Payment is by invoice today; card payment is coming.
Subscriptions renew automatically, and we email you at least 30 days before each renewal with the date and the amount. Cancel any time before then by emailing support@hisn.io. One email, no notice period, no telephone call.
